Pat and I had our wedding reception here in August of 2005.  It has a stellar menu, great ambiance, wonderful service and fine wines. Considered a 5 star restaurant in our book!!

The Bellaire Bar

Located in downtown Bellaire, on Bridge Street a couple doors down from LuLu's.  Great casual dining, menu is pretty extensive, service is prompt, prices reasonable. 

 

The Rowe Inn

Located in Ellsworth this is somewhat of a drive, but well worth it! Again another 5 star restaurant.  Click on the name for their web site.

 

The Press Box

131 (east side) just North of the light in Mancelona

Mancelona.  A 5 minute ride from the house.  Great Friday night all you can eat perch dinners!  One of the best burgers in the area.  Pool tables, Keno, giant screen TV for sports viewing.

The Alden Mill House started in 1984, 22 years ago, by selling Chef Gino's all purpose seasoning Miracle Blend and other Pepper Mill Spices.  Over the years Chef Gino developed his own custom seasoning blends that have been used in some of America's finest clubs and restaurants.  Chef Gino won numerous awards and ribbons in culinary art shows from Michigan to Florida.
